Refund Policy

We want every order from Bombas to be handled fairly and clearly. Eligible socks, apparel, and related items may be returned or exchanged for any reason within 30 days after delivery.

Return and exchange eligibility

Contact us within 30 days of receiving the order and include the order number, the item involved, and whether you prefer a refund or exchange. Items should be returned with the original components and packaging when reasonably possible. Trying on an item for fit does not by itself prevent a return, subject to the hygiene exclusions below.

We cannot accept custom or personalized goods, clearance or final-sale items, gift cards, or opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods. These restrictions do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Free return arrangements

Bombas pays return shipping for both change-of-mind returns and returns caused by defects, damage, or an incorrect shipment. After approving the request, we will provide a prepaid return label or an equivalent no-cost return arrangement. Do not send goods without authorization because the correct routing instructions protect the package and speed processing.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect the delivery promptly. If an item is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, contact us with photos when available. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no return-shipping cost to you.

Refund timing

After the returned merchandise is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers generally post the credit within 5–10 business days after it is issued. Original refunds cannot be redirected to another card or account.

Order cancellation

An order may be cancelled before shipment if fulfillment has not begun. Once an order ships, use this Refund Policy. Contact customer care Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (America/Los_Angeles).
