These Terms govern use of k1mn01-a3.myshopify.com and purchases from Bombas. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below.

Store use

You must use the site lawfully and provide accurate checkout information. You may not interfere with site security, upload malicious code, misuse content, scrape protected areas, impersonate another person, or use the service to violate another party’s rights.

Products and orders

We aim to describe colors, sizes, materials, care details, and product features accurately. Displays and production variations can affect appearance. We may correct errors, limit quantities, reject fraudulent or unauthorized orders, or cancel an order that cannot be fulfilled. If payment was captured for a cancelled order, the amount will be returned to the original payment method.

Prices, payments, and taxes

Prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes are calculated as required by law. Payment authorization is required before fulfillment. Card issuers or payment providers may decline a transaction under their own rules.

Shipping, cancellation, and returns

We ship only within the United States. Standard US shipping is free, processing normally takes 1–2 business days, and transit normally takes 4–6 business days. Orders may be cancelled before shipment when fulfillment has not begun; shipped orders are handled under the Refund Policy. Eligible returns and exchanges are available within 30 days after delivery.

Intellectual property and third parties

The site design, text, graphics, and original content are protected by applicable rights and may not be commercially reused without permission. Third-party services and links are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for an unrelated third party’s independent conduct.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or legally required. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. For other claims, liability is limited to direct losses reasonably connected to the affected order, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes and governing law

We may revise these Terms prospectively by posting an updated version. The laws applicable at the merchant address below govern, without overriding mandatory consumer protections available in your place of residence.
